A cozy 1930s charmer in the historic West End, close to downtown and Esther Simplot Park. The primary suite is upstairs with a shower and soaking tub, the main floor has the parlor, living room, kitchen and dining room, and the basement holds two more bedrooms, a full bath and the laundry. The back deck has plenty of seating, a fire pit and the hot tub. Worth knowing: the house has lots of stairs, and all three entrances are reached by them.

A boho bungalow in the heart of Boise. Walk out the front door and you are across the street from the Boise River, Whitewater Park, Quinn's Pond and the Greenbelt. Out the back door is a yard with mature trees, a BBQ, a fire pit and the hot tub. Sleeps 6, with self check in through a keypad.

A private retreat for two, built for quiet connection. A large bedroom with a king bed, a living room, and a kitchenette with room to eat. An electric fireplace sets the tone inside. Outside there are two separate spaces: one with a fire pit and BBQ, the other with the hot tub and a lounge area.

A fully restored 1962 Union Pacific caboose sitting on 40 feet of original track, and a short term rental all its own. Two queen beds: the main bed, and a raised one at the top of the stairs in the cupola. A bathroom with a custom shower. Outside, dual cast iron hot tubs to soak in. Mostly people come to stay, and it takes events too. Named for Janae's Great Grandpa Jewell, who worked the railroads and brought his family to Jerome, Idaho.

Riverwalk Cottage and The Boise Jewell share a fence, and we open the large gate between them so the two become one property for your stay. The cottage brings the kitchen, the beds and the laundry. The caboose brings the cupola, the track and its own hot tubs. Together there is room for a gathering of up to 60 standing or 30 seated, with the river and the Greenbelt across the street.

Peak House and The Burrow share a fence, and we open the large gate between them so the two yards become one for your stay. Five queen beds across the two houses, two kitchens, two hot tubs and two fire pits. Room for a big family or a big group of friends to be together, with enough space that nobody is on top of anybody.
